At Ettinger Law Firm, Alison Thompson brings over a decade of experience in ensuring our clients receive the best service possible. Since joining the firm in 2011, Alison has applied her background in education and literacy to streamline our processes and make sure every client interaction is clear, consistent, and efficient. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education, and a Master’s in Literacy from the University at Albany, Alison understands the importance of clear communication and thoughtful attention to detail, both of which are central to our firm’s approach.
As our Chief Administrator, Alison plays a crucial role in shaping the procedures that ensure smooth and effective operations across all departments. She oversees our drafting staff and ensures that our work is delivered accurately and on time. She also supports the firm’s growth by overseeing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our services, strengthen our online presence, and build connections within the community. She ensures that clients stay informed and engaged through our website and social media channels.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys reading, puzzling, and playing mahjong with friends. She lives in Saratoga County with her husband, Richard. Their two sons, Carter and Colin, are currently in college—Carter is pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering, while Colin is studying Political Science and playing rugby.
