Medicaid Legal Assistant

Jackie Perez started at Ettinger Law Firm in 2016. Her previous work experience includes four years as a teaching assistant in the NYC public school system and eight years of experience working with a Labor and Employment law firm.

Jackie enjoys being part of the Medicaid team and working closely with clients and their families by assisting them in navigating the complex Medicaid application process, which includes both nursing home and home care services. She enjoys her daily interactive with the firm’s clients, both on the phone and in-person. Her goal is to assure that every client who interacts with the firm is comfortable, even if they are dealing with a stressful situation.

Jackie and her husband, Carlos, and two sons, Dylan and Asher, reside in Orange County, NY.
