Kristen Peck

Kristen Peck joined Ettinger Law Firm in 2025, where she works closely with clients on a broad range of estate planning matters. Her practice includes everything from helping clients protect assets in anticipation of long-term care needs to implementing complex social and tax-saving strategies for high-net-worth families.

As a dedicated trusts and estates attorney, Kristen focuses on preparing comprehensive estate plans tailored to the goals of each individual and family. Her work includes the drafting of wills, trusts and other essential documents, with an emphasis on tax efficiency, wealth preservation and legacy planning.  She brings a client centered approach to her work, using her expertise to clearly explain legal concepts in a way that is straightforward and easy for clients to understand.

Kristen is admitted to practice in New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2019. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Chester University. Her work in the field has earned her recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023–2024) and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024–2025).

When she’s not working with clients, Kristen enjoys spending time in Saratoga Springs where she takes advantage of the area’s local shops and parks. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
